At Disc Jockey Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
